Doorman Rene who is personable and cheery with a wonderful ability to make every guest feelimportant. And Housekeeping's Erma, Nena and Ayeth who have been flawless in their roles and thorough in every aspect of cleaning my suite. Greetings! Maraming salamat to you, Eugene & Joey and the rest of your staff for an outstanding evening, those in attendance were truly impressed! As I mentioned, our meeting on Tuesday was a confidence builder and even moreso when I actually saw it carried out, our attendees truly felt they were valued. Fyi, I inadvertently at the end of the event forgot to acknowledge and recognize your staff and their excellent service during the evening, my apologies. I sent the following to each of the Board Chairs and Administration Directors to pass on to those under their area of responsibility.

This is Dr. Aqueel Khan, ADB staff consultant and resident of India. I visit Manila every year and stay for one to two weeks each month over 2-3 months. My first visit to Manila was way back in 2002.
In my first visit I was introduced to Discovery Suites by ADB. From that day till today I have visited Manila almost every year and have never tried any other hotel in Manila. By default I have always stayed in Discovery Suites. The reason for this is that I never felt the need to change or try any other hotel or suite facility in Manila.
I am very happy and satisfied to live in Discovery. The staff is friendly and professional.
The best thing I like about Discovery is the Housekeeping Department. They are Excellent. I always stay in Junior Suite (one bedroom) and cook my dinner. Indian cooking is quite messy and I do receive guest so I make quite a mess in my room. But believe me the way housekeeping cleans and maintains the room is incredible. The credit goes to Sally and her team. Also, they also make sure my request for Indian channel box is addressed as desired.
The reservation department has always been good and effective. They respond to my emails quickly and I have never faced any problem. I must mention the gentleman who receives me at airport is so gentle, nice and pleasant. I am forgetting his name but he knows me quite well.
I want to congratulate you for your good work and for having good team who makes our stay comfortable and feel at home.

I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you all for contributing to our stay at Discovery Suites. We had a wonderful time, and everyone was extremely helpful given that we had three very young children with us. You will appreciate, moving to a new country, culture and society and be challenging but I have to say my wife and I were very comfortable in our suite 1903.
I do however want to mention a few people specifically, who stood out for us, in their ability to help, their courtesy and efficiency and who I think are wonderful ambassadors for the hotel. Firstly, let me say that Ms. Hazel Novelles has extended assistance whenever it was required and been very kind to us. On reception we found Nikki a delight, extremely diligent, well-prepared and happy to assist wherever possible. Your front line staff guarding the front doors and elevator floor was also excellent and helpful. Arem, Robert and few others come to mind for their willingness to help. From housekeeping Mama Rose and Rona stand out for their hard work and friendly demeanor. My wife will always be grateful, that Rona was available to help with baby-sitting duties, and very good at it.
On the whole your staff and particularly, the ones mentioned made our stay an extremely memorable one.

Firstly, thank you all for a wonderful time in Manila and for going above and beyond to make our group happy during our stay!
It was an absolute pleasure to see all of you every day and I'm sure I can speak for all of Lifehouse and the crew when I say that I miss seeing all of you already!
Thank you for the shirts and for the poker game! (Bryce is the best poker player in the group so I will have the crew practicing a bit before we challenge him to a duel).
